Easy Exchange Procedure

If you receive a defective product, we offer complimentary shipping for a replacement within the United States. Please note, in compliance with government regulations, items like bed linens, towels, and other hygienic products must be returned in their original packaging and in unwashed, like-new condition to qualify for a return or exchange.

Warranty Coverage

Defective products can be exchanged for an identical or comparable item if returned within 7 days from the delivery date. Please ensure your size selection is accurate when placing your order. For a perfect fit, feel free to email us your bed measurements when you order. Upon receiving your order, please inspect the color, size, and potential defects before laundering the items.

Return & Exchange Policies

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be returned in their original packaging and in unlaundered, unused condition, in compliance with government regulations. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery at the customer’s expense. Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same item if returned within 7 days.
  • Exclusions: Items that have been used or laundered, or custom-made items, are not eligible for return or exchange. If a soiled item is returned, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
  • Refund Process: Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method (PayPal or Credit Card). Refunds will be based on the purchase price minus shipping and transaction fees. Once a transaction is complete, no further returns or exchanges will be permitted.
