Each item undergoes stringent quality control checks before being shipped, ensuring that the likelihood of any errors is extremely low. Nevertheless, should you require assistance, we are more than happy to help with returns or exchanges, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process.
Complimentary Replacement for Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, we will provide complimentary shipping for a replacement item. For hygiene reasons, products like bed linens, towels, and other similar items must be returned in their original packaging and in an unwashed, like-new condition to be eligible for a return or exchange. We encourage you to carefully review your product selection before completing your order.
Order Accuracy
We kindly ask that you double-check your order for accuracy, including color, size, and any potential warranty concerns, before placing your order. Unfortunately, orders placed with incorrect color or size selections are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, please verify your shipping address details, including street address and phone number, to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
- Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and must not have been used or laundered, in accordance with government regulations.
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of defective products.
- Defective Products: Defective items can be exchanged for the same product if returned within 7 days of receipt. Please report any defects and obtain authorization before returning the item.
Inspection Upon Receipt
- Verify Before Use: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Check the color, size, and condition for any defects before washing or using the items. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been washed.
- Usage: We recommend refraining from using or laundering the product until you are sure that you will not need to return or exchange it.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or Laundered Items: Items that have been used or washed cannot be returned or exchanged. If a soiled item is returned, it will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
- Color Discrepancy: While we strive for accurate color representation on our website, slight variations may occur due to differences in screen settings, such as brightness, calibration, or resolution. These differences are not considered grounds for returns or exchanges.
Refund Process
- Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund request.
- Refund Issuance: If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method (either PayPal or Credit Card).
- Refund Deductions: Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item, minus shipping fees, transaction charges, and a 10% restocking fee.
